What we are looking for is a personable, highly motivated & energetic full-time Sales Representative/Design Consultant, who is passionate about solving problems for others, all while helping us grow our business, and earning a lot of money! We provide all the necessary technology, training, and tools needed to be successful! Here at Re-Bath, we focus only on bathrooms, so we aim to make you a specialist!

We invest heavily in Marketing and Lead-generation through multiple media-channels such as website, trade shows, TV, newspaper, and many other avenues, so plenty of qualified Leads are provided to our Sales Consultants. In addition to all of our own marketing, we have also partnered with Lowes and Home Depot!

Our Sales Representatives/Design Consultants visit customers in their home and review their projects, show samples, and design solutions for their bathroom remodeling needs.

All of our sales appointments are PROVIDED, PRESET and CONFIRMED. NO COLD CALLING

This sales job is full time and will require evening and Saturday availability.

Pay: 40k Base Salary + Commissions+ Bonuses

Qualifications:

• Ability to learn, master, and implement the Re-Bath franchise system tools, products, training and resources
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the company trade area
• Attention to detail, highly organized and strong work ethic and ethics
• A warm, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Self-motivated with a high urgency to succeed
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Salesforce or other CRM a plus
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Must be able to lift, reach, bend, stoop, and safely lift and easily maneuver items frequently weighing up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or GED required
• Dependable transportation, valid driver's license/insurance
